Returns and Refunds:

Returned merchandise will be accepted if postmarked within 21 days of the invoice date.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition: no scratches, no ligature marks and no teeth marks. Upon completion of inspection, your refund will be processed immediately.
All the returned merchandise will be charged 15% restocking fee.
